Hey there! Welcome to Jeff's Info Blog! Yes, we're going to try to assemble a bunch of useful
info for everyone out there...just to assist people in doing things in Kumamoto. There is already Kumamoto i group out there, and Kirk Masden is doing an excellent job in keeping us all informed and update with news, as are subscribers themselves. I've been noticing that there are more and more detailed questions on doing things which require some indepth knowledge, such as pension refunds, taxes, buying property, etc. The purpose of this blog is to help foreigners in finding information, legal help, etc. regarding more indepth things they wish to do in Kumamoto and Japan as foreigners. Well, this is the first post, the background and purpose post, and we'll try to provide
